Property:	Three cottages in the parish of All Saints, Leicester, near and without the Northgate.
Characteristics:	Signatures and red wax seals. Revenue and tax stamps.
Condition:	Light staining and areas of slightly rubbed text in folds. Large stain on outer Vellum Sheet, not visible once opened out.
Medium:	Manuscript in English on vellum.
