Date:	26 May 1814 in the 54th year of the reign of King George III
Property:	Two houses in Turners Hill near to a Public House called the Bull and Horseshoe in the parish of Latton, together with 2 parcels of garden ground. Also a parcel of meadow or pasture called Hundred Acres in Northweald Bassett.
Characteristics:	Signature and red wax seal. Revenue and tax stamps.
Condition:	Good, but 4 by 9 cm piece of vellum cut out of top right corner in margin, not affecting the text.
Medium:	Manuscript in English on vellum.
